Catering

When a kitchen is busy, small delays can quickly become frustrating. A food wrap roll that is too short, foil that does not provide enough coverage, or baking paper in the wrong size can make everyday preparation harder than it needs to be.

Catering collection brings together practical supplies for food preparation, wrapping, baking, storage and beverage service. The range includes commercial food wraps, aluminium foil, non-stick baking paper and carry trays for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, takeaway businesses and catering operations.

The easiest way to choose is to consider what you are preparing, how often the product will be used and how much storage space is available.

Food Wraps for Preparation & Storage

Food wrap is often used throughout a busy shift, so the right roll size can make everyday preparation more convenient.

For regular kitchen use, the EJEco Heavy Duty Cling Wrap 33cm × 600m provides a 33cm-wide, 600m-long roll. Where wider coverage is needed for larger food items or trays, the EJEco Heavy Duty Cling Wrap 45cm × 600m provides a wider format.

For kitchens where food wrapping is carried out frequently, the Food Wrap MF18 18 × 5,280' One Mile Roll provides a much longer roll for high-volume use.

The choice can be based on the width required and how frequently the wrap is being used.

Aluminium Foil for Cooking & Food Preparation

Aluminium foil is used for cooking, wrapping, covering and food storage, with different widths suited to different preparation requirements.

For everyday catering and kitchen use, the Tailored Packaging All-Purpose Aluminium Foil 30cm × 150m provides a 30cm width and 150m roll length.

For larger trays or where greater coverage is required, the EJEco Premium Heavy Duty Catering Aluminium Foil 44cm × 150m provides a wider 44cm × 150m format.

Consider the size of the food and trays being handled when choosing between the available foil formats.

Baking Paper for Busy Kitchens

When trays are being prepared repeatedly, having baking paper in a suitable width can make preparation more convenient and help make clean-up easier.

The Easy-Bake Non-Stick Baking & Cooking Paper 30cm × 120m is supplied in a 30cm × 120m roll, while the Easy Bake Roll 120m × 40cm provides a wider 40cm × 120m format.

The more suitable width can be selected according to the trays, pans and preparation areas being used.

Carry Trays for Beverage Service

Food service does not end when preparation is finished. Drinks may also need to be carried from a cafe counter, takeaway area or service station to customers.

The Eco-Friendly Egg Board Carry Trays are available in 2-cup and 4-cup formats for hot and cold beverages. Bulk cartons are available in 400 trays for the 2-cup option and 300 trays for the 4-cup option.

These can be considered by cafes, takeaway businesses, catering operations and other venues where multiple drinks need to be carried together.

Choosing the Right Catering Supply

The right catering supply depends on the tasks your kitchen handles every day.

1. Preparing food? Check the foil or baking paper width against the trays and food being prepared.
2. Wrapping food regularly? Consider both roll length and width. A longer roll can be more practical when wrapping is carried out frequently, while the right width can make larger items easier to cover.
3. Running a busy kitchen? Higher-volume rolls can be useful when wrapping, covering or preparing food is part of the daily workflow.
4. Serving takeaway food or beverages? Choose packaging and carry solutions that suit the way orders are prepared and handed to customers.
5. Working with limited storage space? Check the dimensions and quantity before choosing a larger-volume option.

Catering Supplies for Different Businesses

Different businesses have different daily requirements, so the most suitable combination will depend on how food is prepared, packed and served.

1. Restaurants and commercial kitchens may need food wrap, foil and baking paper across preparation, cooking and storage.
2. Cafés and bakeries can benefit from practical wrapping and baking supplies that can be kept readily available during busy periods.
3. Takeaway businesses may need supplies that support quick preparation, wrapping and beverage service.
4. Catering businesses may require larger quantities when food is prepared, packed and served across different locations or events.

The goal is simply to choose the sizes, formats and quantities that match the actual workload of the business.
