Collection: Dispensers & Refill

A good dispenser should make everyday washroom maintenance easier. When soap runs out, paper towels do not suit the dispenser, or a replacement refill does not match the system already installed, a small problem can quickly become a daily frustration.

A to Z Cleaning Supplies Dispensers & Refill collection brings together practical options for soap and sanitiser, paper towels, toilet tissue, air freshening, hand drying and other commercial dispensing needs. The range includes manual, automatic, bulk-fill and system-based options for different workplaces and facilities.

The simplest way to choose is to start with what you need to dispense, then match the dispenser to the consumable, space and level of use.

Find the Right Dispenser

Need liquid soap?

The collection includes bulk-fill options such as the Hospeco Soap Dispenser 900mL, as well as 1200mL stainless-steel models for facilities looking for a larger wall-mounted dispenser.

Prefer touch-free dispensing?

The Everix Automatic Soap & Sanitiser Dispenser 1200ml provides an automatic option for soap and sanitiser dispensing.

Using foam soap?

The Tork Foam Soap Dispenser Black S4 System is part of the Tork S4 system, so the refill format is an important part of choosing this type of dispenser.

Need paper towels?

There are options for different towel formats, including the ABC Centre Feed Hand Towel Dispenser and Interleaved Paper Towel Dispenser Model H/T 2222/88.

Need a toilet-roll dispenser for a busy washroom?

The collection includes the A&C Gentility Single Jumbo Toilet Roll Dispenser, as well as reserve options such as the Tork Jumbo Toilet Roll Dispenser with Reserve.

Soap & Sanitiser Dispensers

Not every facility has the same level of usage. A smaller workplace may only need a straightforward bulk-fill dispenser, while a busy commercial washroom may benefit from greater capacity or automatic dispensing.

The current collection includes bulk-fill, automatic and system-based soap and sanitiser options, including 900mL and 1200mL models.

When replacing an existing unit, check the soap or sanitiser you use and how the dispenser is filled before ordering.

Paper Towel & Toilet Paper Dispensers

The right paper dispenser starts with the paper format.

The collection includes centre-feed and interleaved paper towel dispensing, along with single jumbo and reserve toilet-roll dispensers.

If you are replacing an existing dispenser, check the paper format first. A dispenser may look suitable but still be the wrong choice if it does not suit the paper you already use.

Air Freshener Dispensers & Refills

Air-freshening systems also need the right combination of dispenser and refill.

The collection includes products such as the Hospeco Oxy-Gen Powered Oxygen Pro Fragrance Refill Tan, Hospeco Oxygen PRO Grande fragrance refills and the Hospeco Oxygen Powered VivaE 60 Day White Dispenser.

If you already have a fragrance dispenser installed, check the refill system before buying replacements.

Hand Dryers, Napkin & Towel Dispensers

Washroom dispensing is not limited to soap and toilet paper. A to Z's collection also includes hand dryers, napkin dispensers, towel holders and paper towels, giving businesses options for different areas and uses.

For hospitality and food-service areas, make sure the dispenser suits the paper product and the way staff or customers will use it.

Bulk-Fill or Refill System?

The choice is usually straightforward:

The collection includes examples across these dispensing styles, so the best option depends on what you already use and how the facility is maintained.

What to Check Before Buying

Before choosing a dispenser, ask:

• What am I dispensing? Soap, sanitiser, paper towel, toilet tissue or fragrance?
• What format does it come in? The consumable determines which dispenser will work.
• How busy is the area? Higher-use facilities may benefit from larger or reserve-capacity options.
• Where will it be installed? Check the available wall space and access for servicing.
• Are you replacing an existing unit? Check the current system before changing formats.
• Can you easily source the refills? A dispenser is only practical when compatible consumables are readily available.

Choosing for Different Facilities

1. Offices: Simple soap, paper towel and toilet-roll dispensing may be all that is required.
2. Hospitality: Napkin and towel dispensers can be just as important as washroom dispensing.
3. Busy commercial facilities: Larger-capacity, reserve or automatic options may help reduce how often staff need to service the units.
4. Shared facilities: Keeping dispensing systems consistent can make routine refilling easier for cleaning and facility staff.

There is no single dispenser that suits every workplace. The better choice is the one that fits your consumable, your space and your everyday usage.

Choose a Dispenser That Fits Your Routine

You do not necessarily need the biggest or most complicated dispenser. Start with the consumable you use, check the format and available space, then choose a system that staff can easily maintain.

A to Z Cleaning Supplies' Dispensers & Refill collection brings together soap and sanitiser dispensers, paper-towel dispensers, toilet-roll holders, air-freshener systems, hand-drying options and related products for commercial facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do all soap refills fit every soap dispenser?
No. Some dispensers are bulk-fill, while others use a specific refill system. Check compatibility before ordering.

How do I choose a paper towel dispenser?
Start with the towel format you use. Centre-feed and interleaved towels require different dispenser types.

Is a larger dispenser better for a busy washroom?
Not necessarily. Greater capacity can mean fewer refills, but the dispenser still needs to suit the available space and actual usage.

What should I check when replacing an existing dispenser?
Check the consumable format, dispenser size, mounting space and refill method before choosing a replacement.

Are automatic soap dispensers available?
Yes. The collection includes the Everix Automatic Soap & Sanitiser Dispenser 1200ml.

Are reserve toilet-roll dispensers available?
Yes. The collection includes the Tork Jumbo Toilet Roll Dispenser with Reserve and Caprice Jumbo Reserve Toilet Roll Dispenser.
