For any returns, please contact us via the Contact Us section. We accept returns for change of mind up to 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original packaging, remains unopened, and unused. Shipping charges may apply for both directions.

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges, or repair requests must be accompanied by one of the following:

Original register receipt (no photocopies accepted)
Proof of Purchase (included with all online purchases and Click & Collect)

Our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to all purchases made from our website.

The 7-day period begins on the date the customer receives their product. If there is no proof of delivery, the date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

If a refund is requested within this 7-day period, A to Z Cleaning Supplies will refund the original product purchase price. Please note: freight & shipping costs will not be refunded.

Orders cancelled after dispatch will be handled under the terms of our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Returned items must:

Be in original packaging
Include all accessories
Be in unused and original condition

AtoZ Cleaning Supplies may charge shipping fees for both dispatch and return.
