Return Policy
Pricing Policy
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- GST will be added at checkout where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier price updates.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed:
- Online via our website
- By email (upon approval)
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order has already been picked and packed or specially ordered, a restocking or cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply.
Order Cancellations (After Dispatch)
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
It will instead be treated under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Special Order & Buy-In Products
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return:
- Special-order items
- Buy-in products ordered specifically upon customer request
- Products not normally held in stock
- Bulk order items
These items are purchased specifically for your order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Products (Change of Mind)
For health, safety and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Dangerous goods
- Chemicals, disinfectants and sanitisers
- Food-grade chemicals
- Toiletries and hand hygiene products
- Consumable products
- Clearance or final sale items
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Policy
Most products sold by A to Z Cleaning Supplies are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims should first be directed to the manufacturer. However, we are happy to assist if required.
If you request us to handle the warranty process on your behalf:
- An inspection/service handling fee may apply where no manufacturing fault is found.
- If the product is confirmed faulty under warranty, repair or replacement will be arranged.
- In the case of a major fault, customers may choose between repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is subject to product availability.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sydney Metro: up to 2-3 business days
- Outside Sydney Metro: delivery times vary
Delivery times are estimates only and exclude public holidays.
If you are located outside the standard delivery zone, delivery charges may vary. We will notify you before processing payment if additional charges apply.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
Re-delivery fees may apply if:
- Incorrect delivery details were provided
- Delivery is refused
- No one is available to receive the order when signature is required
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Pick-Up Orders
Pick-up orders must be confirmed prior to arrival.
If arranging your own courier:
- Written authorisation must be provided
- Responsibility transfers once the goods are collected or signed for
Customers must inspect goods before leaving the premises.
Payment Options
We accept:
- PayPal
- Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
- Stripe
- Direct Bank Deposit
A surcharge may apply for certain payment methods.
Refunds for credit card or PayPal transactions will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Back Orders
If an item is temporarily unavailable, it may be placed on back order unless otherwise requested.
Customers may request cancellation of back-ordered items prior to dispatch.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Where approved:
- Refunds are processed within 30 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Refund requests must include proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
